Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Where We Ship:
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Delivery is subject to serviceability at your PIN code — you can check serviceability at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery: 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery: 3 to 5 working days, available at select PIN codes for an additional charge. Remote areas and certain PIN codes may require additional time.
Working days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.
Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation, Express Orders are dispatched on the same business day of receiving the order. During sale periods or high-demand launches, dispatch may take up to 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Free standard delivery on all orders above ₹999.00. A flat shipping fee of ₹99.00 applies to orders below ₹999.00. Express delivery charges are displayed at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. For any delivery concerns, contact us at orders@oudhi.in or on WhatsApp at +91-8052194763.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Photograph the damaged packaging before opening and contact us at orders@oudhi.in within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Our Promise
Every Oudhi piece is made with care — inspected before it leaves us and packed with intention. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- All original tags are intact and attached.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has not been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you, delivery charges in such instances will have to borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
- Products where tags have been removed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step one — You can raise the request from our website through your account, under the section of 'Orders'. Alternatively you can also email us on orders@oudhi.in and place your return/exchange request with us, within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for return, and photographs of the product showing its current condition.
Step two — Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm eligibility.
Step three — Once confirmed, we will arrange a pickup from your address. Do not ship the product without our confirmation.
Step four — Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
Return Shipping
For returns or exchanges shipping is free. We will arrange pickup at no cost to you.
Refunds
- For prepaid orders — refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our quality check confirmation.
For COD orders — refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 to 14 business days. Please provide your bank account details when raising your return request.
- The ₹99.00 prepaid COD fee is refunded in full for eligible returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size in the same product, we will dispatch the replacement once the original product is received and passes quality check. Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size. If the size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please photograph it immediately upon opening the packaging and contact us at orders@oudhi.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Please note that as all Oudhi products are handcrafted and hand-embroidered, minor natural variations in embroidery, texture, and colour are inherent characteristics of artisan work and are not considered manufacturing defects. Colour variations upto 15% are expected due to lighting changes, individual mobile screen settings. We urge you to kindly expect these in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing orders@oudhi.in with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once you receive the product, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Cancellation by Oudhi
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock after your order is placed.
- We are unable to verify your payment.
- The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.
- We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
In all such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.
