Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods on oudhi.in:

Credit cards and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay. UPI — all major UPI apps. Net banking. EMI — available on select cards and through payment gateway partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at select PIN codes across India, subject to the conditions below.

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card and banking details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option because we understand that trust is built over time — and we want every woman to be able to experience Oudhi regardless of her preferred payment method. To ensure that our COD orders reach genuine customers and to protect the interests of our artisans whose work goes into every piece, a nominal COD handling fee of ₹99.00 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders, payable upfront at the time of placing the order, remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery. Fully refundable in case of return. If you return the product within our return policy window.

This ₹99.00 handling fee is, non-refundable only in the event that the order is refused at delivery without a valid reason. This fee helps us ensure that every piece we make reaches the woman it was made for.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline. Please retain this email for your records. If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. You may retry with the same or a different payment method.

Pricing and GST

All prices on oudhi.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). No additional taxes will be charged at checkout unless explicitly stated.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our team confirming receipt and quality check of the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details when initiating a return. COD returns take longer in processing than prepaid returns, in case of any query during the process you can connect with our customer service team. The ₹99.00 COD prepaid handling fee is refunded along with the product value for eligible returns.

Failed Delivery and Refused Orders

If you are unavailable to accept delivery after multiple attempts by our courier partner, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply for us to reship your order. Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from that account.

Fraudulent Transactions

Oudhi reserves the right to cancel any order where fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been collected. Repeated fraudulent activity will result in permanent account suspension.
