Crafted in Modal Chanderi Silk, the fabric has a subtle sheen and luxurious feel to it. We choose to craft ‘Noor’ in Ivory, the colour captures elegance and sophistication like no other, which why the colour became a royal favourite. We reimagined the traditional Anarkali for Noor — the silhouette once cherished by regal women like Begum Hazrat Mahal and Malika Kishwar. In 17th-century Awadh, an ivory Anarkali was the red gown of its time — a symbol of grace, power, and quiet luxury. For Noor, we softened the structure — trading the fitted bust for a relaxed, free-flowing bodice and the long, trailing kalis for a shorter, more effortless form. The result — an ensemble that moves as you do; rooted in heritage yet alive in modern ease. ‘Noor’ adorned with intricate thread work draws inspiration from the Mughal Flower, a floral-geometric motif that adorned grand halls of monuments like the Taj Mahal, Akbar’s Tomb, and Amer Fort.
